#6.  Short Description of your setup ( do you use a lamp, dress form, clothes rack, dancing monkey ?  We try hard to get you the best space for your display so don't forget this one.  We don't measure out spaces.  We provide at least one 24" table or you may bring your own up to 36" sq or 24"x48".

If you need to cancel, aw31`` It is almost impossible to find a crafter to replace you at this point so  a refund is not available.  All money received goes to advertising and flyers.  The organizers also pay the same fee, often more plus the time involved to make the event happen.  Thank You for your understanding in this matter.

The bar side will be open.  The event is all ages.  This is a non-smoking bar.  When you are accepted for the event, we will email you "granny rules" for the event.  Basically, just a ms. manners guide of setting up on time, what to do if you need help with your display, etc.  By sending payment you will be agreeing to minding Granny!
