The event will be at The Victory Bar, 37th & SE Division St. Portland 97202 on November 29th, 2008.  The Saturday after Thanksgiving from  11am to 4pm. All ages.  This is a non-smoking establishment.

      2008 Granny Panties HOLIDAY Craft Bazaar Application

#5.  Short Description of your work including materials used, price range, process used. 

#6.  Short Description of your setup ( do you use a lamp, dress form, clothes rack, dancing monkey ?  We try hard to get you the best space for your display so don't forget this one.  We don't measure out spaces.  We provide at least one 24" table or you may bring your own up to 36" sq or 24"x48".

We will notify you by email .  You will be notified by Saturday, November 8th, 2008.

PAYMENT DUE....

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE ACCEPTED.  Each vendor will be charged $20.  This must be paid by Saturday, November 15th,  2008.  Payment may be made by cash or check.  Make checks out to : Christine Cimakasky.    Send payment to the snail mail address above OR drop off at that address making sure to include your name please.  You will receive an email letting you know we received payment. 

OTHER...

If you need to cancel, please do so by November 15th to receive a refund.  It is almost impossible to find a crafter to replace you at this point so after the 15th a refund is not available.  All money received goes to advertising and flyers.  The organizers also pay the same fee, often more plus the time involved to make the event happen.  Thank You for your understanding in this matter.

The bar side will be open.  The event is all ages.  This is a non-smoking bar.  When you are accepted for the event, we will email you "granny rules" for the event.  Basically, just a ms. manners guide of setting up on time, what to do if you need help with your display, etc.  By sending payment you will be agreeing to minding Granny!
